Q: Do you clean commercial properties?

A: Yes, we clean just about anything up to a height of 60ft such as Hotels, Office Blocks, Holiday lets, Schools, Public Houses etc.  Please visit our Commercial Window Cleaning page.

Q: Why are you using this new system of window cleaning?

A: The new method of cleaning makes a much better job when used correctly and will ensure windows stay clean longer, but more importantly because its safer, as we all know, ladders can be extremely dangerous, there are many deaths each year and far more series injury’s as a result of ladder accidents. At Purerclean we do all we can to keep our staff safe at all times.

Q: Does pure water clean my windows as well as the old method?

A: Absolutely Yes. Pure water window cleaning is recognized to be as good as or better than old methods of cleaning, it does not leave sticky soap residue on the glass or frames and therefore will not attract fresh dirt. Clean frames means no dirt to run onto the glass when we get a downpour of rain, giving a better and longer lasting cleaning result than conventional methods. To coin a phrase “we are window cleaners not glass cleaners”.

Q: Why are our windows left wet?

A: Leaving window wet seems odd, we are all used to the marks left behind when we splash tap water on glass, however our water is far from being normal tap water, we have purified it to such a degree that there is simply nothing in it to be left behind once it dries. Trying to remove the water by drying it would risk contamination, so it is left to dry naturally to a beautiful crystal clear finish.

Q: What difference will I notice?

A: The biggest difference will be the quality of the clean. Because we don’t put soap in our water there is no sticky residue left behind. This residue used in old-fashioned cleaning meant dust blowing onto the glass would easily stick and build up. Also when it rained the sticky residue would come together in the rain droplets and dry as a spot. This is why rain no longer affects our work. so using the pure water method simply means your windows will stay sparkling clean for longer.

Q: Can you clean the windows above my conservatory?

A: Most of the time yes we can. If we can see the entire window from the ground there is a very good chance we will be able to clean it using our telescopic poles,

Q: Are you reliable?

A: Customer satisfaction is our main aim, with this in mind we strive to maintain the consistency of our visits.

Q: Will you call the same time every month?

A: On commercial properties we aim to call the exact day we are due.

For domestic properties our work is based on a 4 week rota (round) unfortunately its very difficult to specify a date or day due to so many variables such as, extreme weather, holidays etc.

But what we can promise is that you will have a very regular and professional window cleaning service all year round, we wont just stop visiting when things get tough.

Q: Do you offer cleaning at any frequency other than 4 weeks?

A: We will be in your area every 4 weeks therefore our schedules are based on that to avoid additional journeys. IE 4 or 8 weekly.

Commercial properties can be cleaned on any frequency that suits you.

Q: Do you do one off cleans?

A: Yes, however we may need some notice in order to fit a job in.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: We can sometimes give an estimate but in order to give an accurate price we would always prefer to visit the property, as there are so many variables to take into consideration.

Q: What hours do you work?

A: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday on residential

Q: We always have our rear gate locked!

A: We offer a free text service. The day before we are due we will send out a text so you can make arrangements to allow access. Individual requirements can be discussed when we quote.

Q: Do you work in the rain?

A: Yes. In order to keep our rounds regular and not fall behind we often need to work in bad weather, however we try to avoid it where we can. We are so confident that the result will be just as good that we are happy to offer our 24 hr guarantee. We don’t enjoy working in very heavy rain or snow so on days such as this we may have to down tools, but rest assured, we pride ourselves on quality therefore would never work if we felt that would be compromised, we don’t wish to have to return the next day and re do all our hard work.

Q: Do you do any other cleaning?

A: Yes. We clean Conservatory’s, Fascia’s, Gutters, Garage Doors, Patios. In fact we can clean most things. Just ask and we will do our best to help.

Q: Do you give a guarantee?

A: Yes, if within 24 hrs, there are any problems, Please give us a call and we will return and rectify free of charge
